Today, 8 children have been to Quarry Bank Tennis Club to represent the school at a Year 3 & 4 tennis tournament.  The children were in teams of 4 and they both played 3 games in separate groups.

Once all the group games had been played, both teams had finished top of their respective groups, meaning they had to play each other in the final. All the games in the final were very close with the 'A' team narrowly beating the 'B' team. This means that the A team are now through to represent Dudley at the Black County Games competition to be held next month.

All of the children should be proud of how they represented the school and how well they played- well done all!
